This page lets you sign up to hear when Flowfall, a game by WismGames, launches on iOS and Android. This policy explains what we collect here and why.

Who we are

The data controller is WISM CORP LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as WismGames. Contact: wismhero@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your email address, only if you submit the sign-up form and tick the consent box. We store it together with the game name, the time you signed up, the page address, and the advertising campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters, if present).
Analytics. We may use PostHog to count page views and clicks on this page (for example, whether the video played and whether “Get it” was pressed). This includes device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the campaign that brought you here.
Advertising pixels. We may use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure how our ads perform (page view, button click, sign-up). These tools set cookies or similar identifiers, and Meta and TikTok process this data under their own privacy policies and may link it to your account with them.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not collect payment details on this page.

Why we use it

To send you an email when the game launches. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To understand which ads and pages work, so we decide which games to make. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it.

Who processes it

Your email is stored in our analytics service PostHog (linked to your visit on this page), and analytics data with PostHog, Meta and TikTok. Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until we send the launch announcement, and in any case no longer than 18 months, unless you sign up for something else. Analytics data is kept according to the providers' retention settings.

Your choices and rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to wismhero@gmail.com to have your email deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
You can block cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad tracking in your Meta and TikTok ad preferences.

Children

This sign-up is not intended for children under 13 (under 16 in some countries). If you believe a child gave us their email, contact us and we will delete it.
